Breath technique

This workshop is an intensive workshop with max. 7 people. It’s about getting behind the monkey mind. You will learn what this mind is about and why it keeps showing up. In the workshop I will guide you through the process one on one and we will finish with a guided meditation that you can do whenever you want. We will address the emotions,thoughts and behaviour that are the reason this monkey mind keeps showing up. The workshop will take at least 2h, make sure you have a notebook and a blindfold with you. Drink some water because we will do some breathwork!

Breath and meditation

About the workshops

There is nothing more essential to our health and well-being than breathing. Yet, as a species, humans have lost the ability to breathe correctly, with grave consequences.

Every system in the body relies on oxygen. From cognition to digestion, effective breathing can not only provide you with a greater sense of mental clarity, it can also help you sleep better, digest food more efficiently, improve your body's immune response, and reduce stress levels.

A lack of proper breathing causes us to feel stressed and anxious because there is a lack of oxygen in the body. Learning and experiencing what it means to breathe properly and deeply is fundamental for our mental, emotional and physical health. Our goal is to stay present and relaxed in everyday life. Without proper breath it is not even possible to stay alert awake and present.The breath is also important in managing your brain waves and relaxing the body. This breathing work is essential to all that we do and intend to become. The present moment is inevitably connected to your breath.
